30th corporate voice for all the final year and prefinal year students was conducted on 14th september 2018 in the Ramanajum conferance hall at 11.00AM. Dheepan of IV MECH welcomed the gathering and also introduced the chief guest Mr.B.RAVISHANKAR.Our dynamic director Shri. Vijay Shrenivas honoured the chief guest. Our honourable Principal Dr.S.Umamaheswaran delivered the presidential address and also emphasized the importance of corporate voice.The guest speaker for the corporate voice was Mr.B.Ravishankar working as Junior scientific researcher in SARP - Advanced Research School of Technology and product simulation. It is very proud to reveal that he was our alumnus completed his UG (MECHANICAL) in 2014.He gave valuable technical inputs and also shared the latest technologies available and used in defence project.He also motivated and encouraged the students with his life experiences . The students interacted with him a lot.It was really a wonderful session . Finally Kiran raj of IV MECH proposed the vote of thanks.
M.Jijendra of 2009-2013 Batch interacted with Third year EEE students. He is Presently working as a "Site Engineer" in SB Electrotech Pvt. Ltd, Bangaluru. He motivated the students that during the starting period they need to work hard than they earn then only they can learn more in core industries. He urged them to improve their communication skills and learn more languages particularly give more importance to Hindi to survive outside Tamilnadu.
Mr.Harish of 2004 - 2008 batch interacted with the mechanical students on 14/09/2013. He was one of the outstanding students of the batch and is currently working as Product & Development Engineer in Ford Motor Company, Chennai. He shared his work experience with the students. He urged the students to concentrate more on research work which will help them in future. Also, he motivated them to explore about the latest trends in industries, public sectors etc. He advised them to prepare for the competitive exams which will help them to trigger their minds.
Mr. Ganesh U. of 2005 - 2009 batch shared his experience with the 3rd and Final Year students of EEE on 09, 07, 13. He is currently working as an MEP Engineer in Colliers International Property Services India Ltd, Chennai. Ganesh gave ideas on the opportunities in various core areas of Electrical Engineering. He also explained how to look for the Job Openings that is available for Electrical Engineers.
The session was found convenient and informative by the students as it came from their alumnus.
Ramesh of 2004 - 2008 batch shared his experience with the Mechanical Engineering students on 25/02/13. He is currently working as Production Planning Engineer in Aruna Alloys Private Limited, Mmadurai. Ramesh briefly explained the production process of the plant and also about his nature of job. He motivated the students to concentrate more on real time projects and instructed them to learn the applications of each subject. All the students really got benefited from this interaction.
