Foundry Engineer Trainee Programme

Vickram College of Engineering and Aruna Alloy Steels Pvt. Ltd., are planning to sign an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) based on which three best students of first year Mechanical Engineering would  be selected for the Foundry Engineer Trainee Programme. The training programme for those 3 selected students would get scheduled during summer holidays for three years right from the first academic year.

For the year 2010, Three students are selected and they are  R. Yogeswaran (B-Batch), Gokulnath. A. (D-Batch) and T. Parthasarathy (D- Batch). These three will have a valuable opportunity to be part of this Prestigious Foundry Engineer Trainee Programme. This arrangement with the reputed Aruna Alloy Steels Pvt Ltd is expected to nurture the students for Application based Learning. After the completion of their degree, keeping in view of their performance in the in-plant training, Aruna Alloy Steels Pvt. Ltd could also offer them placements.
