Mr. Kalyana Sundaram, CEO, Great Innovus addressed the final year and third year CSE and ECE students on the 13th Corporate Voice on 13 Aug. '14.

         Mr. Sundaram wasn't a new face to us. Indeed, he was our first speaker of the Corporate season. With so much of interest and enthusiasm to meet the students, Sundaram came back to visit us. This time his theme was to "Motivate Students to Emerge as Entrepreneurs."

       The address began with traditional touch on preparing oneself for the interview: like the way to prepare resume, to groom well, to have practices for the commonly asked questions etc. After these talks, his attention turned towards entrepreneurship. "You can call yourself rich when you feel that you have earned a penny under your own leadership. This happens only when you emerge as a successful entrepreneur," says Sundaram.

To be an entrepreneur:

     One needn't have to be just creative. One needn't have to be just knowledgeable; but one has to be daring to face anything that comes his/her way. Sundaram screened some of the top renowned entrepreneurs both in India and across the globe and kindled the interest in students to aim for one such.

Post his address, students shot their questions to the speaker on his method of selecting candidates for his company and other details regarding recruitments.
