Salary:INR 80,000 – 1,25,000 P.A. fix + variable-incentives

1. Excellent Must have good academic back ground
2. Should be a smart and self-learner, Results driven attitude, smart and hardworking
3. Passion to learn new technologies and towards software development/testing
4. Thinking out of the box to deliver quality product
5. Should be able to work independently with little supervision
6. Should have excellent knowledge in .Net with C# ASP.Net, C# windows C++.
7. Good knowledge in OOPS and databases like MS access,MS SQL Server 2003/2008, POSTGRESQL…
8. Must have good process knowledge and SDLC.
9. Assertive personality, able to proactively identify and act efficiently on project risks or problems, self-motivated
10. Should be results driven, creative and good trouble shooting skills
11. Good to have knowledge on Embedded Systems software.
12. Good to have knowledge in specifying functionality, requirement gathering, analysis, technical design, coding and testing.
13. Capable of handling End to End responsibilities for assigned task / activity.
14. Someone who can start immediately /with short notice period[1-2 Days] will be preferred
