Poornam Infovision Off-Campus For Junior Software Engineer (Trainee) On Sunday, 13th January 2013 @ Cochin

Designation:  Junior Software Engineer (Trainee) for freshers. For experienced candidates, designation will be dependent on their experience.

Stream/Specialization: – Windows and Linux Server Administration & Development.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. 2012 Batch BTech / BE Candidates
2. 2011 or before 2011 Batch Candidates with 6 months plus experience in Server Administration / Webhosting
3. 2011 or before 2011 Batch Candidates with 6 months plus experience in Linux
4. BTech / BE – CS, IT, Electronics branches except (EEE)
5. EXCELLENT written communication skills (English – compulsory)
6. Ready to be based in Cochin, Kerala.
7. Willingness to work in shifts (rotational shift)
8. Knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows/Networking Preferable but not compulsory.
9. Outside Kerala College students are also eligible

Freshers : Aggregate 65% for 10th, Plus Two & Btech (64.99% not applicable)
Experienced : Aggregate 60% throughout 10th, Plus Two and Btech (59.99% not applicable) and No current arrears.

Salary:
Freshers:       CTC – 2.05L per annum (around 13K per month)
Experienced: CTC – Starting from 2.56 L per annum.

Selection Process:
Freshers : Written test  – (Aptitude / Linux/ Windows/ C /  General Technical Awareness,Communication / written essay) followed by GD / Technical and HR interviews for the selected candidates.
Experienced candidates: Written essay test for 30 minutes followed by GD / Technical and HR interview rounds for the selected candidates.

Service Conditions:

1. Probation Period and Service agreement for 6 months.
2. Shift working is compulsory and 6 day work week.
3. Submission of certificate originals at the time of joining.
