Job Description  :

1. Provide support for EngineeringCompute technologies pertaining to Hardware Engineering, including EDA tools, LSF, NetApp Storage, or FlexLM software licensing.
2. Candidates with experience supporting SunRay or other UNIX remote access solutions (NX, Citrix, VNC, ssh) and Perl and Shell scripting will be at a distinct advantage.
3. Provide tier 2 technical support to in a UNIX EDA environment.
4. Assist in the EDA and GNU Software installs / License / NetApp Storage operations.

Desired Profile  :

1. 0 to 2 years IT administration experience in Linux or Unix environments.
2. Possession of the social skills necessary for professional interaction in a customer support role.
3. Excellent language, telephone, email, and other communication skills.
4. Confident, with the ability to deal with difficult customers in pressure situations (such as during IT outages).
5. Desire to learn and grow. Individuals in this role will expand their technical skill set at a rapid rate.
6. Should be flexible on working hours and remote assistance
