XI Corporate Voice Programme was conducted for Final Year and Pre-Final year  Students of EEE, ECE, & CSE. The Guest Speaker was Shri Udaya Sankar, Lead-Sector Skill Council of NASSCOM, Chennai.

The Guest Speaker Mr. Udaya Sankar recalled his experiences as a HR Professional in organizations like HCL Technologies. He observed that most of the students face interviews with diffidence. It is a sad experience, which students should avoid. There are a few tips he gave the students to follow. First of all, students should nurture positive thinking. Negativism is a factor, which they should shed off in order to come up in life. Secondly, he advised the students to read a lot and to cultivate self-confidence. They should be well-informed in current affairs and in technical issues. Sound reading habit will enable us push up our personality. Thirdly, he instructed the students to rise against odds in life, like poor family backgrounds, etc., and to work hard with confidence in order to see success in one's life. Fourthly, he advised the students not to put the blame on others for their failures, but to accept realities and to strive hard to progress in life. Fifthly, he suggested creativity and innovation to surge ahead in dealing with problems in life. Finally, he asked the youth to be motivated by high achievers and to show commitment and involvement in all the tasks of life ahead of them.

The values cherished by great men should impel them towards the path of success. Failures are stepping stones to success in life.
