Position / Title / Skills : Construction Coordinator

We are looking for (15) BE Civil (Fresher/Experienced) – Construction coordinator, someone who can work as USA PST time zone (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST). He/She will be coordinating with the onsite site team for the construction process.
Construction Proposal coordination (maintain excel sheet with the List of Construction Operations)
Coordinating start and Closeout of Construction Projects
Monitoring cost of Construction Projects
Approval of Sub Payments
Construction Labor Coordination
Submitting and Tracking Change Orders
Coordinating with Project Managers for Invoicing
Must be able to manage multiple construction projects.
Able to understand USA Federal government construction process.
