ACS Operations Management – Provide comprehensive 7X24 monitoring and management service on customerenvironments to improve availability and performance. Utilizea personalized service management platform integrated with Oracle Premier Support and Development that leverages ITILmethodology, across a global customer base, and wide rangeof technologies, including Oracle’s Exadata platform

Detailed Description :
As a Systems Engineer, you will interface with the customer's IT staff on a regular basis. Either at the client's site or from a remote location, you will be responsible for resolution of moderately complex technical problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use and repair/workarounds for Oracle products. You should have knowledge of some Oracle products and one platform that is being supported. You will be expected to work with only general guidance from senior engineers and management and, in some areas may work independently.

Job Requirements :
1) Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.

2) A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.

Additional Details : 
Has support experience with equivalent certifications in one of these areas-
- Server, Storage, and Backup systems
- Linux/Solaris/Unix/Windows operating systems
- Database technologies
- Networking technologies
- Security and Firewall technologies

- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
