“MY JOURNEY TO LEADERSHIP”-LDC

Centre for Women Studies, Lady Doak College, Madurai, in collaboration with AM Academy conducted a unique one day workshop for women “MY JOURNEY TO LEADERSHIP” on 19 Mar. 11’. The day exclusively focused on heaving out the unseen & unrecognized fire in a woman. Eminent, vibrant and influential personalities that include Mrs. Chitra Ganapathy, Mrs. Anantha Valli, Mrs. Pankagam, and the director of AM Academy, Mrs. Ezhilarasi spoke on various subjects which triggered women’s potential & spirit. Dr. Raja Govindasamy delivered the valedictory address & stressed upon SWOT analysis to mould women. Towards the end of the day, the workshop identified capable leaders among the participants & presented them with potential leader awards.

Ms. UVASRI & Ms. REVATHI (I CIVIL), Ms. RAMYA G & Ms. RAMYA MS (I EEE), Ms. NITHYA & Ms. PRIYANKA VASAN N (I ECE), Ms. SHARMILA JR (I ECE) & Ms. BHUVANA (I IT), Ms. SAFFANA BANU & Ms. SUBHASHNI R (I CSE), along with Ms. HEMADARSHINI GB, Lect. Dept. of English, participated in the above workshop; and Ms. RAMYA G was awarded with the Potential Leader Award.
