Students to Visit Air force station @ Sulur

An Industrial visit has been arranged for II & III year ECE students to Air Force Station, Sulur on 17th and 18th March,2011. The Objective of the visit is to introduce the students to

-Base repair activities(Major repair) pertaining to AVRO(HS748) and Dornier aircraft including various bay servicing and non-destructive testing methods

-Mobile and Static calibration and repair of all types of testers pertaining to various aircraft and systems of IAF

-Operational units of AN-32 and Advanced Light Helicopters (Dhruv) of IAF.
