EEE – Guest lecture on power systems by Dr.V.Saravanan,TCE
Department of EEE organized a guest lecture on 'Recent trends in power system 'delivered by Dr.V.Saravanan, Associate Professor, Thiayagaraja college of Engineering, Madurai on 29th January 2010.
The session key points were Active power generation, Per capita energy consumption, Chicken neck area in North East India, Creation of pooling points, Response time of Power Plant and Smart Grid.
