Farshore Software Development Pvt Ltd., is an IT Company located in Chokkikulam in Madurai city. The company staff browsed through the database of Final Year engineering Students of CSE & IT, and shorlisted 50 students. These shorlisted students were administered Written Test on Aptitude. The answer scripts were evaluated by a team of 4 staff from the company. Nearly 8 students got shortlisted for the Final Interview.
The whole selection process happened on 16th May 2011, under the stewardship of the Director of the Company Sri B. Srinivasan. The new recruits will be on 6 month training, when they will be paid Rs. 8500/- per month. After the successful completion of the training, they will be absorbed into the company on a monthly salary of Rs. 10,500/-.
