There was an Off-Campus Recruitment Drive for Mindtree Solutions Pvt Ltd through Employability Bridge for Final Year Students of Circuit branches. 40 students appeared for the on-line test (8 students from EEE, 23 students from ECE, & 7 from CSE).

Based on the on -line test score , three students got short listed for next rounds held at Paavai Engineering college on 3rd feb 2016.The selection process consisted of 1)Programming Round 2)Technical Interview & 3)HR interview .The following student got selected, as Software Engineer and was offered a Salary package of 3 lakhs per annum. The selected student was reported to join on July 2016 at Bhuvaneshwar, Odisha.
