There was an On-Campus Recruitment Drive for V Step Techno Park Inc., held on 11^th May 2011 in our college for the benefit of Final Year Engineering Students of Circuit Branches. The selection process was handled by the HR Manager Sri V. Selvapandian. Students who performed well in the Group Discussion & Interview got selected for appointment in the company.

These 16 selected students will be given 3 months intensive training on the applications of a software known as AS/400, after which they will be posted as programmers of AS/400 in the Trichy Office. The monthly pay is Rs. 12500/-. Following is the list of 16 selected students:

An On-Campus Recruitment Drive was organized on 9^th May 2011 for Big Square Technologies – an IT Company with its bases in Bangalore & Chennai, Specializing in the Development of Softwares relating to Computer Games & Anti-Virus. It was a drive arranged for the benefit of Final Year Students belonging to the circuit branches. The selection process consisted of 4 stages – namely, 1) Aptitude Test, 2) Technical Test, 3) Technical Interview, & 4) HR Interview, which were handled by a team of HR Staff from the company – a) Sri V. Prabhu, HR Manager, b) Sri R. Mano, HR Techincal Staff, & c) Sri J. Pugal, HR Technical Staff.

Of the 84 students who participated, 26 students emerged successful, by getting selected for appointment in the company. Towards evening, these 26 selected students were given offer letters by the company in the presence of our Principal Dr. S. Kathirrvelu, and other members of the faculty from the Department of Placements & Training.
