There was an On-Campus Recruitment Drive organized in our college on 23^rd April 2014. The Company for which recruitment took place was 123 RPO Pvt Ltd – an IT Recruiter for the USA, & Canada, located in Bangalore. The eligible students are 167 – 43 from EEE, 70 from ECE, 40 from CSE, & 14 from IT. The campaign began with 67 participating students in Ramanujam Conference Hall – 13 students from EEE, 28 students from ECE, 18 from CSE, & 8 from IT. The eligibility criterion was that Final Year Students of all Disciplines with 50% of Marks and above, from 10^th Std., 12^th Std., to B.E./B.Tech (I Sem to VII Sem) could participate. Arrears to the maximum of three papers were considered for placement. The Selection Process consisted of 3 stages – 1) Written Aptitude Test (Logical Reasoning & English), 2) Technical Interview, & 3) Final Interview. First of all, there was a Pre-Placement Talk, which consisted of Power-point Slides, about the Company, and its Activities. 67 Final Year Students appeared for the Aptitude Test. The test papers were evaluated. 44 Students got short-listed. These 44 students appeared for the Technical Interview, in which the following 19 students got selected for the Final Interview to be conducted in the Company Premises:
