There was a Pooled Drive for CTS organized by Anna University at Kongunadu College of Engg, Trichy District, on 21st & 22nd December 2013. Nearly 1200 students from 60 engineering colleges of this region participated in this recruitment campaign. The number of eligible students from our college is 86 – 16 from EEE, 35 from ECE, 26 from CSE, & 9 from IT. Of these 86 eligible candidates from our college, 43 students attended this drive.
The selection process consisted of 4 stages – 1) GD, 2) On-line Aptitude Test, 3) Technical Interview, & 4) HR Interview.
Of the 43 students of our college, who participated in the Group Discussion, 34 of our students got short-listed for the next round. These 34 students then appeared for the on-line test on Aptitude, in which 10 of our students got short-listed. These 10 students attended the Technical Interview, and 5 of them got short-listed for the Final Interview on the second day. In the Final Interview, the following 4 students of our college got selected for appointment in CTS:
