Pooled Drive for Recruitment to 123 RPO Pvt Ltd held on 4th Sep 2013
There was a Pooled Drive for recruitment to an American-based Company called 123 RPO held on 4th Sep 2013. It was an event conducted exclusively for the benefit of the graduates who had passed out in 2013. All colleges in Madurai region -- Engineering Colleges, Arts and Science Colleges, and MBA Colleges, were contacted and asked to send their passed-out students. Besides, the print media also highlighted the conduct of the event on 4th Sep 13. Thanks to these initiatives, there was good response.
133 passed-out graduates from Engineering & Non-Engineering institutions attended the drive held on 4th Sep 13. The CEO of 123 RPO Pvt Ltd Sri K. Mohan addressed the participants. He explained the birth and growth of the company – more particularly the services being rendered to several client companies in the USA, Canada, & India. Mostly the company's main business is outsourcing – providing recruitment solutions to small and medium-scale companies.
Sri K. Mohan explained to the students the strategy of their recruitment, which consisted of 3 stages – namely, Aptitude Test, English Communication Test, & Interview. Of the 133 participants, 126 candidates appeared for the Aptitude Test. After the evaluation of the answer scripts, 33 candidates got short-listed. These short-listed candidates were consequently interviewed by the CEO Sri K. Mohan, & a Manager of the Company Sri Binoy Jose Philip. After the completion of interview, the following candidates got selected and were issued offer letters:

The selected candidates will undergo training for 3 months in the company premises when the monthly stipend is Rs.10,000/-. Then these trained candidates will be on probation for 12 months, when the monthly compensation will be Rs. 12,000/-. Again there will be 6 months of extended probation, when the monthly compensation will be enhanced to Rs.15,000/- On the successful completion of 3 months of training and 18 months of probation, the candidates become regular employees of the organization, when their monthly salary will be Rs.22,000/-.
