There was an On-Campus Recruitment Drive for Vortex Engg P Ltd held on 7^th Mar 13 in our college. Two HR Officials Ms. Neelima Reddy, Sr HR Executive, & Sri Dhinagar, Sr. HR Executive came to our campus for conducting the selection process. First of all, there was a pre-placement talk, in which Ms Neelima Reddy addressed our students about the manufacturing process of ATM machines in her company. They design the ATM machine, using the software used by Mechanical Engineers. Circuits are designed by Electrical & Electronics Engineers. The software development is done by CSE & IT professionals.

Following is the list of participants in this recruitment drive from our college: 1) Mech: 22 Students, 2) ECE: 23 Students, 3) CSE: 19 Students, & 4) IT: 6 Students. Totally 70 Final Year Students participated in the selection process which consisted of 3 written tests – one on Aptitude, the other on Mathematics, & and the third on Technical Subjects. The answer papers of students were taken to Chennai for evaluation by technical experts of the company. Following is the list of 17 short-listed students, after the evaluation of the answer scripts:

The 15 shortlisted candidates from ECE, CSE, & IT will be interviewed in the company premises in Chennai on 22^nd Mar 13, and the 2 students from Mech Engg will be interviewed on 25^th Mar 13.
