There was an On-Campus Placement Drive held in our campus for an IT Company in Madurai known as Great Innovus Solutions on 26th March 2012. The recruitment team consisted of 3 personnel – Sri Prasana, Sri Sadiq, & Sri Anand, headed by the CEO of the Company Sri G. Kalyana Sundaram. Sri G. Kalyana Sundaram addressed the students about the growth and development of his organization, and about the mobile applications done by his company.
He explained that the recruitment was for 4 categories of domains – 1) iPhone Development, 2) PHP Development, 3) Android Development, & 4) Web Design. Final Year Students from EEE, ECE, CSE, & IT, with a good academic record, attended. The recruitment process consisted of 3 stages – namely, the Written Test, the Technical Interview, & the Final Interview with the CEO of the company. Nearly 100 students participated. In the Written Test, 34 students got through. Then for these short-listed candidates, the technical interview was held with the HR officials of the company. 10 of our students cleared the technical interview.
The final interview was held with the CEO, in which 6 of our students emerged successful. These six students were issued offer letters by the company in the presence of the Director of our college Sri Vijayshrenivas. Following is the list of selected candidates for appointment in the company:
