- Trainee Application Developer, Trainee Consulting Engineer, Trainee ERP Consultant, Trainee IT Consultant, Trainee Financial Consultant,  Trainee HR Consultant, Trainee Marketing Consultant

Eligibility: MBA/ CA/ CS/ CWA/ MCOM/ MCA/ BE/ BTECH/ MA (SOCIOLOGY/ PSYCHOLOGY /MASS COMMUNICATION/VOCATIONAL) with or without experience. Preference will be given to candidates with good communication, leadership, innovation and relationship skills with strong functional and business knowledge.

Training Duration: 4 Months

Job: Appointment as Functional Consultant after 4 months training.

Compensation: Rs 2.4 lakhs approx CTC per annum after training.

Stipend: Rs 2500/- to Rs. 3000/- Per Month during training period.  Higher stipend for experienced people.

Refundable Security Deposit: Rs 75000/- to be deposited before joining. Refund after 16 months (4 months Training + 12 months Employment with the company). This is to retain the candidates for at least for the committed period.
