There is an On-Campus Recruitment Drive to be conducted in our campus on 8th March 2014. The recruitment was to a reputed automobile company in Chennai, known as Motherson Automotive Technologies & Engineering (MATE). Following are the details:

  • What do they Manufacture?: All plastic components used in the assembling of cars, by all companies, like Ford, Mahindra, Hyundai, Mauruti, etc.

  • What about their Presence? : All over India, and in other foreign countries

  • Position for which Recruitment takes place: Technical Trainee

  • Eligibility: Final Year Diploma Students of Mechanical Engg., Automobile Engg., & EEE

  • Monthly CTC (Cost to Company): Rs. 9800/- per month, in the first one year, & Rs. 10800/- per month, in the second year of service

  • Selection Process: Group Discussion & Personal Interview

  • Posting: in Chennai Plants of the Company

There is a Pooled Campus Drive for an automobile company known as VST Motors Ltd., to be conducted in our campus on 7th Jan 2014, for Final Year Diploma Students. Several polytechnic colleges in Madurai have been contacted to send their students to participate in this common recruitment drive. Following are the details:

 

  • Name of the Company: VST Motors Ltd., Chennai

  • Eligibility: Final Year Diploma Students of all Disciplines

  • Selection Process: Group Discussion & Personal Interview

  • Monthly Salary: Rs. 6000/- to Rs. 7000/- + Conveyance Allowance + Incentives + Mobile Allowance

  • Training: 6 Months

  • Probation: 6 Months

  • Documents to be Brought: College ID Card, 2 Passport-size Photos, & Resume
