This is to inform that there is a pooled drive to be conducted in our campus on Wednesday, 4^th Sep 2013 for recruitment to an Out-sourcing IT Company, operating in Canada, the USA, and India. The name of the company is 123 RPO. This company provides HR Services to its clients. Following are the details of recruitment:

• Name & Address of the Company: 123 RPO, a US IT Recruiter, ITPL Tech Park, Whitefield, Bangalore

• Eligibility: Graduates/Post-Graduates who Passed out in 2013, & whose academic score is above 65% (from 10^th Std., 12^th Std., to Degree)

• Skills Required: Good Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Networking Skills, Flexibility to Work in Shifts

• Roles & Responsibilities: 1) To understand job requirements of clients, 2) To screen resumes & to identify potential candidates from various job portals & social media, 3) To co-ordinate with clients & to arrange interviews, 4) To understand US Visa Policies, & Tax Norms

• Training: 3 Months, & 18 Months of Probationary Period, when the Monthly Stipend ranges from Rs.10,000/- to Rs.12,000/-. 

• Monthly Salary: Rs. 22,000/- per month, after the successful completion of 3 Months of Training & 18 Months of Probationary Period

• Selection Process: 1) Aptitude Test – 45 Minutes (Analytical, Logical, & English), 2) Written Communication Test – 15 Minutes (to write 500 words on a topic given), 3) Personal Interview

• Registration: No Registration Fee, but registration can be done upon arrival in our campus on the recruitment date

This is to inform that there is an On-Campus Recruitment Drive for a US-based IT Company called InfoFaces, located in Chennai, to be conducted in our campus on Wednesday, the 21^st August 2013, at 10.00 a.m.  The recruitment is for 2013-Passed-out Graduates of our college, who hail from the following branches – EEE, ECE, CSE & IT.  The participating candidates must be strong in programming skills particularly in Java and its related domains.  Following are the details:

Name of the Company: InfoFaces, located in Chennai, & headquartered in 23397, Minerva Drive, Ashburn, VA-20148, USA

Eligibility Criteria: Passed-out Graduates of EEE, ECE, CSE, & IT, with good programming skills, and with a strong base in Java

Mode of Selection: 1) Aptitude Test, 2) Technical Test, 3) Interview

Training Period: 6 Months, during which period, the candidates will be given a monthly stipend of Rs. 8000/-

Monthly Salary: Rs. 25000/- after the successful completion of the training

Posting: To be Immediate in Chennai, but with the scope for overseas employment, after a few years of experience in the company
