There was an On-Campus Recruitment Drive for Motherson Automotive Technologies & Engineering, held in our campus for the benefit of Final Year Diploma Students of Vickram Polytechnic College on 8th Feb 2011. The recruitment team consisted of two officials from the company – namely, 1) Sri M. Siddharthan, Senior Executive HR, & Sri S. Karthick, Trainee HR.
The recruitment team was supported by Sri S. Govindarajan, Client Co-ordinator. After the presentation about the company, the nature of the job, & salary particulars, the selection process continued. The Technical Interview was held in which 63 candidates emerged successful for appointment in the company. In the evening, offer letters were issued to the selected students by the Company Staff, in the presence of Director Sri Vijayshrenivas & Principal Mrs Renga Bai.
